At Canvas Style, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your jewelry doesn't perfectly complement your look, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully place the jewelry in its original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the items are in unworn, pristine condition.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return mailer.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; you will receive a notification once our team has processed your return and issued your refund or exchange.
